the disposal of mature properties in Sweden, Denmark, and Germany.
Akelius continually considers acquisitions and disposals in the ordinary course of its business.
No negotiations with any potential buyer are currently taking place.

Akelius stands to make a very good deal if a disposal is decided upon.”
